2. Data collected

When visiting the site, technical data (IP address, browser, date/time) is recorded in server logs. When contacting via WhatsApp, e-mail, or newsletter signup, the data you provide is processed. For bookings via SportsNow, their terms apply.

3. Purpose of processing

Data is used exclusively to provide the website, to communicate, and to process registrations. No transmission to third parties outside the services listed below.

4. Data transfer

Sanity (USA) - content management system.

Mailchimp (USA) - newsletter, if subscribed.

SportsNow (Switzerland) - booking system; the embedded schedule widget loads Stripe (USA/Ireland) for payment processing.

Transfers to the USA are based on standard contractual clauses.

5. Cookies

The site itself uses only technically necessary cookies and no tracking. The embedded booking widget (SportsNow and Stripe) may set its own cookies - it loads only after you have explicitly consented in the schedule section.

6. Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection Commissioner (FDPIC).

7. Security

All transmissions are SSL/TLS encrypted. Servers are in the EU/Switzerland.

8. External services

WhatsApp (Meta) for inquiries - their own terms apply.

Google Fonts are self-hosted, no data sent to Google.

OpenStreetMap for map embeds, no cookie tracking.

Reach measurement with self-hosted Umami - anonymous, aggregated statistics without cookies or personal data; no sharing with third parties.
