Terms and Conditions
These studio and class terms apply to all Pilates classes and trial sessions at PILATES BY LEA-ZOÉ in 2503 Biel. Booking and payment of classes and memberships are handled via the external booking system SportsNow; SportsNow's terms additionally apply to the booking and payment process. No contract is concluded via this website itself.
1. Registration
Registration via WhatsApp, e-mail, or SportsNow. Becomes binding upon confirmation.
2. Payment
Memberships are handled via SportsNow. Single classes are paid in cash or via TWINT before the class. Expired memberships are not refunded.
3. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 12 h before the class. Later cancellations or no-shows are deducted from the membership.
4. Illness
In case of prolonged illness (over two weeks), the membership can be paused on request, with a medical certificate.
5. Health insurance
Classes are QualiCert-certified. Receipts on request. Reimbursement depends on your supplementary insurance.
6. Liability
Participation is at your own risk. In case of health limitations, please discuss in advance. During pregnancy: medical clearance required.
7. Photos and recordings
No recordings in the studio without explicit consent of all present.
8. Changes
Classes may be rescheduled or cancelled. Participants are informed as early as possible.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law. Jurisdiction: Biel/Bienne.
